Strong Technical Roots
Experience has given us firm views about the way software solutions ought to work. In every project we look at the problem objectively and working from first principles. Why? Because we've seen the problems that can be caused by old-fashioned or inflexible thinking.
Our Results
Our work for our clients shines. We prefer effective working software over bureaucracy and woolly thinking. We believe software should not get in the way of what the user is trying to achieve and most importantly, software can only be built on strong foundations such as bullet-proof version control, continuous integration and strong code metrics.
Our clients experiences have included:
- Increase revenue by developing a system to track millions in sales;
- Reduce overheads by building systems to automatically approve or reject expense expenditure;
- Make more sales by implementing an intelligent workflow system for an existing CRM package;
- Save thousands by either finding the right off-the-shelf software or simplifing the specification for a custom-built application;
- Improve monitoring by adding custom reporting to a large ticket accounting system.
Our People
Richard Bundock MBCS
Principal
Richard first learned to program on a ZX81 and wrote databases in his teens - back in the days when 48k seemed like a lot of memory. Backed with a fundamental understanding of how computers work, the range of his core knowledge has allowed him to remain technologically agnostic in an age when there are more software platforms, languages and processes than ever before.
Before moving into software commercially Richard, under his stage name ‘Richard Eden’, was the world’s first digital DJ, performing across the UK and abroad. He was interviewed and featured in The Sun, Net Magazine on BBC Radio One and in a number of other publications and media outlets across the world.
Richard has previously worked for Avaya Inc, Aviva Plc, Lucent Technologies Inc, Logica Plc, Chugai Pharma, Mars Inc, and The Charities Commission among many others, as well as carrying out his own personal entrepreneurial projects.
